This screen is used to capture and display data on an unlimited number of things that can be measured and for which you want to keep a record.

In this case, the measure is a medical one, capturing PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen)
data taken from blood samples.

There are 5 columns of data to permit the capture of related and relevant data, such as limits and targets. The names of the 5 data fields are customizable, as are the number of decimals you want to record.

A line chart is automatically updated each time the data changes so that you can see the trends and relationships among the data items.

There is no limit to the number of measures you can capture using this screen.
