Report Samples
This page presents a number of samples of the reports that you can produce using the RecordsKeeper.
These samples will provide you with further insight into the power and flexibility of the RecordsKeeper.

1. Personal Information Report

This report displays a number of personal information items that a user may wish to record. All of the fields (except the user's name) are optional, and all of the field names can be changed to the user's preference. (2 pages) |
2. Personal Activities Report
|
|
This report displays a chart with a trend line and the data points for one of the activities that a user has decided to track over time; in this case, the user's weight. Any number of activities can be tracked with the RecordsKeeper. (2 pages) |
3. Personal Medication Regimen Report
|
|
This report displays various drugs and vitamins that a user has taken in the past, currently takes or plans to take in the future. (1 page) |
4. Personal Medical History Report
|
|
This report displays information about a user's medical history. It can include information on childhood conditions, family member conditions, treatment plans and whatever else is relevant for physicians and insurance companies. (6 pages) |
5. General Records Reports
|
|
The following reports are all examples of the General Records report. The General Rrecords report is used to report the things that the RecordsKeeper is tracking for you. While the format is the same in each case, the names of the data fields and the type of information stored about a particular group of items varies, thus each sample is unique.
There are 10 samples presented to demonstrate the variety of things that the RecordsKeeper can be used for. Click on any one to view the report.
The last sample demonstrates how a number of items from different categories can be combined into one report showing their common location; in this case, a safety deposit box.

Note that all of the above reports are fully customizable. You can change the name of every data field to suit your personal needs.
6. Help and Guidance Report
|
|
This report provides a printed version of the the help screens that are available. In this case, the report is not a sample. It is a full report outlining the complete capabilities of the RecordsKeeper. You may find that a review of this report will help you better understand what the RecordsKeeper can do for you and help you decide why you just might need the RecordsKeeper. You can also change the help information found in this report if you have a preference in terminology, if you want to include something specific to help you, or if you want to translate it into another language.
