Data Organization Ideas

 

This page presents a number of tips and ideas that you can use to organize and categorize your data.  While there is no right or wrong way to organize, the following ideas may help you get started and thinking about your needs. The ideas presented are for naming your tabsets, your tabs and your field headers to capture information.

Whatever else you collect, you can create similar tabset, tab and field names to help you.
If you are an ardent collector of something and have a large collection, there may be more suitable software designed for that specific type of collection. If this is the case, then by all means use the other software as it will likely be more appropriate and easier for you. Because the RecordsKeeper is so generalized, it may not be the most appropriate in all instances.
